2021 Highlights
Hello 2022! As we continue to plan ahead for 2022 we also wanted to look back on some of our highlights of 2021.
Part of the success of MCP is our people. The wealth of our experience, good communication and collaboration have meant that we were able to successfully drive through change. In our blog, we would like to share with you some of our key successes of the past 12 months:

With a combined 74 years worth of experience, our new hires certainly know their stuff! In the past twelve months we have grown the team and plan to build on this during 2022. Here are our amazing new team members:
Tony Donald
Originally from Barnard Castle, Tony has worked in various industries including automotive and logistics. He has over 30 years of engineering and Stores Management experience.
On a personal note, Tony lives in York with his fiancé and his hobbies include socialising, assisting on a family farm and motorsport.
Adam Lea-Bischinger
Adam has worked on a variety of projects globally, improving clients’ improve their maintenance and reliability strategies focusing on practical applications of technology to improve return on investment and reduce operational expenditure.
As a principal consultant, Adam has extensive experience and is an expert in the fields of maintenance, reliability, condition monitoring and Asset Management. Adam has worked in the field of Asset Management for over 17 years and has worked with major oil and gas operators globally in industries such as Oil & Gas Production, Refining, and Power Generation.
Adam currently lives with his wife in Vienna and enjoys running and climbing mountains along with traveling.
Kevin Sullivan
Kevin joins us as a consultant with specialist expertise in the fields of data analytics and engineering and will be involved and supporting a variety of projects. He has worked in the engineering field for over 27 years across various industry sectors including steel, ports, information technology, power and pharmaceuticals.
On a personal note, Kevin lives with his wife in South Wales and enjoys cycling, weight training and watching rugby.
