Welcoming Our New Recruits

Welcoming Our New Recruits

Welcoming Fresh Talent: Building Our Future with New Recruits

In the ever-evolving world of business and consulting, growth and innovation are the lifeblood of success. At MCP, we understand this better than anyone. As we embark on an exciting journey of expansion and transformation, we're thrilled to shine a spotlight on one of our most crucial endeavours: bringing in new recruits.

In this rapidly changing landscape, we firmly believe that our success is not only measured by the projects we undertake and the solutions we provide but also by the incredible individuals who make up our team. The infusion of new talent, fresh perspectives, and diverse experiences is what propels us forward, enabling us to adapt, thrive, and continue delivering exceptional value to our clients.

In this blog we would like to introduce you to four new (and not so new!) recruits who have already slotted perfectly into their roles:

Technical Training

Julie Shaw

Julie Shaw | Technical Training Assistant

Julie has a wealth of administrative experience and joined the MCP team to support Carmen with the co-ordination and administration for the Technical Training public courses. She has certainly been able to hit the ground running in this very busy department.

Jim Lesser

Jim Lesser | Senior Technical Trainer

Jim has returned to MCP after a few years away teaching apprentices. He is now back like he has never been gone and his feet haven’t touched the ground since returning to us as a Senior Technical Trainer. We have already had him conducting training from day one and he hasn’t stopped since!

Management Training

David Gallagher

David Gallagher | Management Training Co-ordinator

Just a few months ago we welcomed on board David, who joined our team at MCP HQ as Business Admin Support. Originally David planned to stay with us 6 months but recently accepted the offer of a permanent position. David has become a valued member of the office with his calm and positive approach, with some pretty terrible jokes thrown in!

Consultancy

Dhanya Kumar

Dhanya Sree Ajith Kumar

Dhanya graduated from University in India with a BSc in Electronics and Communication Systems and is currently in the final stages of completing an MSc in Business Analytics at Aston University. She is joining us as a Business & Data Analyst and will be working with both the consultants and the office team to provide support for a variety of client and internal projects, ranging from data analysis work to helping with the development of new training courses and presentations.

Mario Silvestro

Mario Silvestro

Mario joined us earlier in the year as our Business Development Officer. Although Mario took his Masters in Product Design and Engineering, he decided to put his social skills to the best use in sales. He has had a varied career to date, gaining experience in range of technology driven and innovative businesses, before settling in with MCP. He supports all our departments with business development, helping us stay in touch with past and present customers, as well as researching new prospects to target. You may well be getting a call from Mario soon!

Please join us in welcoming all of our new recruits to MCP and we wish them all a long and prosperous career with us.
